Manually operated, plier type tool which can be used for 3 different ranges of applications. By simply changing the jaws, shrinking, streching, or clinching operations can be achived. Clinching is the joining of 2 sheet of metal without using rivets, bolts, staples, welds, etc. Jaws are not included and must be ordered separately.
